Juwel Automatic Feeder Not Working

i bought a jewel automatic feeder for my 75 gallon tank when i go on holiday because i dont really trust grandparents with my largest tank
i got it home and it isnt working???
i read the instructions and done all it says but the food isnt coming out
has anyone else had any problems and can help me out please???

how long are you going on holiday for? if its a week i really wouldnt bother...theyll be fine

if you still cant get it working...try replacing the batteries? or use a dispenser to measure pre-measured amounts and ask them to feed JUST that

yea i only bought it today and for £20 its not working im a bit anoyed to say the least
i thought i would just be easier for them as they already have 2 tanks to feed not to mention the lizard , chickens, rabbits and so on

you buy it new? if not, you must be pee'd off. seems juwel items are not the most reliable things. the Eheim feeders seem to work, and last a good time too.
