yes lights work fine,yes i have heater, juwel filter box is with it but not in the tank im in digbeth

tbh i have no idea how much its going to cost to post.
just checked on royal mail site filter is 6kg its going to cost around £10 to post,so £30 posted is a little less than i was looking for
