Juwel 180 Lighting Help

Hi
I have a probem I hope someone can help me with. My lights are not working and I feel that I may need a new starter, problem is I can see no way of removing the old starter and replacing it. In other words I can't find the starter!
Can someone help me out?

Speak to Julie at Juwel and remind her that This malfunction does happen.

IF more ppl have had probs with there lighting units from Juwel plz pm me i wanna gauge how many ppl there is and if so draft up a letter email to you all and then if we sign it and send it to juwel they might do something about it.
Cuz as i see it juwel owe me the huge some of £16
