its kind of crazy to think that all of those gorgeous boys are brothers. You DEFINITELY got some variety, and they're all stunning. I NEED some babies from that first blue marble boy omghesgorgey! Look at the little yellow patch on his head, how cuuute! *pets*

That's so weird, I wonder what causes it? It's like they can't regenerate tissue or something.... they're certainly not all like that, all the bites in the growouts have healed nicely. I did notice though that Mini has had a tear in her anal fin for MONTHS that is healing very, very slowly. Maybe it has something to do with that . I do see a little clear regrowth on her, it's just slow. It could just be her age though.

Fun Fact ~ a betta must display marbling on all of his finnage to qualify as a "marble", he seems more of a multi-colored grizzle to me.

Oh No, the little flamnco dancer is available!!!! And now I have more tanks open!!! Oh shoot, this isn't good. Dang it!

Well, okay, no I can't until I get rid of the guppies and the goby(who I took out of pity and is now beating up on my sparkler!!! )

It's called a desert goby. Weell, at least from the pics I found on the net. He actually came in with the ghost shrimp at the lfs, and he had been there for 2 months, so they told me he was a siamese goby and gave him to me for free.

He's now chasing my sparkler around, not too bad, but I don't want it to get worse. Cute goby though. I don't know what to do! SHould I return him, or put him in his own 1 gal. My plan was to get rid of the 1 gals and go to larger split tanks, but he's a weasel and he'll get out of any divider.

Funny, Alberich had a little tear like that in his anal fin, like a notch, but it's almost gone. Hagen's ventrals, however, are little stubs only. What is interesting is that their gill plates have actually shown improvement. You can only tell that they don't close properly after they've flared. And Mime, he's as dark as his brothers now, no more light green for him.

I'm going to be watching someone's house for 2 weeks and when I get back, if that little flamenco dancer isn't gone to a good home, he's so mine!!!!

Besides, I have to have a back up male incase Irv decides he doesn't want my girls in January!
