While I was in Florida we visited the Florida Aquarium, when I actually had time to pick my jaw up off the floor and keep moving to new exhibits, I saw this 'thing'. It looked cool as hell, but I didn't know what it was. Until going thru my pictures from said trip a while ago, I had forgotten about it.

So my question is...Could some-one id this thing for me? The large thing on the right is a huge clam they had there, I have some really good pics of it too. And if anyone wants, I can post some of the pictures I took some-time tomorrow.

It's a Fungia coral. Typically they're lumped into the LPS catagory by hobbiests. They go by two common names, "Plate Coral", and "Long Tentacled Plate Coral". That one looks like a cross between the two and is a gorgeous color morph I've never seen.
