my tank is 60cm(width) 30cm(depth) 35cm(height) i have 3cm of silver sand substrate i have a 15 watt t8 and 12 watts of led lighting (both 6000 to 7000k) i will be dosing neutro+ and neutro liquid carbon (how much should i dose i got 6ml and 1ml respectively from the recommended but just wanted to make sure thats howe much is hould dose) the tank has medium flow, the plants i would like to have are:
weeping moss
java moss
micrantheum monte carlo 
microsorium mini 
rorripa aquatica 
lysimachia nummularia aurea 
dwarf hairgrass 
vallisneria nana
bacopa compacta 
echinodorus tenellus
anubais nana
if some of these plants arent suitable please tell me what i could do to my tank to make them suitable (i get an impending sense of insuficient substrate)
sorry for any spelling errors if any other parameters are required please ask (it is cycling at the moment btw)

edit:it will be stocked with 4 hara jerdoni 8 thai micro crabs 8 chilli rasboras 8 normans lampeye and 1 indostomus paradoxus (crocodile toothpick fish
