Just joined and thought I'd say hello. I have kept fish on and off for about 15 years now but never really got into it seriously as a proper hobby until the last year. I have just upgraded from a 80 litre to a 188 litre tank! so I thought as I was joining the big boys, a bit of advice from various people in the know may be useful.
I have 7 small gouramies the biggest of which is only about 3 inches. I have 2 plecs, both around 8 inches, 4 tiny red eyed puffers (about an inch in size) , a single little black mollie. These are the fish I know about but I just bought a new tank from a local guy who included his fish which I'm not 100% on. Two of them look identical to silver sharks but without the black edges to the fins, they are both about 4 inches (may still be sharks but not 100%) and also a catfish, not sure of the veriety but it's a sort of silvery/grey/white marble kind of effect and is about 4 inches.
I am running 2 fluval 3 internal filters and 3 air pumps with 4 air stones and an air tube.
