Just Lost Pearl Gourami

lost my pearl gourami last night he has'nt been feeding for the last few days when i got him out of tank after he had died there was white stuff coming out of his mouth any ideas what this could be ? i have more fish in tank should these be ok ? water stats are ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 5 ph 7.6 thanks for any replies

looked like white fluffy clouds look like in the sky

Columnaris then, a few daily water changes on your tank.
