i am getting 4 albino corys that have readily bred for thier previous owner. I really don't know he steps i should take to once they lay thier eggs. Can anyone help

i just had mine breed.
and from what I have experienced I would change everything I have done :p

get a seperate small tank with an airstone/sponge filter remove the eggs into there...

to get them off the glass use a credit card and any eggs that remain white after 3days (roughly) remove as they are infentile and also any eggs with fungus on them remove and wait :D

when born feed VERY small food to them

Ya, that's about the size of it.

Your second tank should have a bare glass bottom and you need to clean the 'crap' from the bottom every day using an air hose as a siphon. Siphon into a white bucket 'just in case' you scoop up some fry; they're easy to spot in the white bucket.

Wait a couple of days before you start feeding, until after they absorb their egg sacs.

Other ppl put the eggs into a net attached to or floating in the tank. Apparently it requires less cleaning. I've tried it twice now but got 0 eggs to hatch (I don't think it's the net's fault). In fact I just put about 10 more eggs in tonight. Time will tell.

Cleanliness is important here.

Cheers.
