just wondering if a pair of seahorses would be fine in a 60l?

Arn't seahorses quite hard to keep but I think they are okay in a 60l.

when i was about 6 i remember my uncle has a massive marine tank with seahorses on and i think it was that what made me like fish and want to start my own when i was older he died few years later so i dont really rememeber much about it just the seahorses
