Im curently treating my other tank for dropsy ive 5 amano shrimps in there can they contrat dropsy or can they be carriers of it ? as i want to start anothrr tank and rescue what survies.

I don't think shrimp can get dropsy, it's only fish as far as I know. But make sure the meds you are using are shrimp-safe.
