Joes Juice

i recently got some joes juice because i seem to have alot of aiptasia showing up and i used it and did a water change after but the seems to be loads of little ones grown back where the original aiptasia where does this usually happen?
how many time do you usually need to use joes juice to get rid of aiptasia if you have used it before?
