Jevegas Or Javages?

hi,
would anyone be able to tell me i bit about a fish i belive to be called a jevegas or javages.
im not sure of the actual name but maybe you can help.

Eh? This is a shot in the dark, but...maybe you're referring to geophagus?

Can't think of any other fish names that sounds like the ones on ur title...

finaly i have found out what they are.

my spelling was that of what i had heard je-a-vegas.!!!!!!!!!!!
they look like lovely fish.
