Jebo 828 Canister Filter

I know that this is not one of the big name filters, but I have read some decent reviews of it. It can be had cheap on ebay. Now I know the old line of you get what you pay for, but I was wondering if this is a decent filter. Is anyone currently using it? How does it work and what do you think of it?
