Fish Fanatic
I have a 28 uk gallon tank with lots of plants, i have already got one nutrafin c02 set and i'm not keen on buying another nutrafin as the ladder never seems to work properly and i really need two if its going to work. The bubbles always get stuck half way, sometimes it works but not often enough, so i'm looking at the cylinder types.
The two main contenders are these, D&D CO2 Set For Fresh Water which is £94.99 and uses new cylinders at the price of £12.99 Or the JBL Proflora CO2 Set Vario 500 Profi Set 1 which is £109.99 and uses refilled cylinders at a price of £8 which my LFS will do for me but they still have to send them away.
The D&D looks inviting but i don't like the thought about having to use tape to make sure seals are tight, or do all c02 units need tape?
Also is the JBL Proflora CO2 Set Vario 500 Profi Set 2 which is £156.99 worth it, i think the only difference is the night time switch that turns it off at night.
