Have been taking a look at lots of tank set ups before I begin mine. I have noticed many have 'trees' created with wood and java moss.
When doing some research on this there are various methods for attaching the moss from fishing line to superglue.
From peoples experiences which method is best for both the fish and the moss ?

Thanks

I'm not an expert in this area but just to share some points.

To me, using superglue is the easiest especially for small moss but if you are not careful, it will leave many white residue from the extra/leftover glue.
You can shape or create any kind of "tree" with super glue easily.
But you have to be very very careful when applying the glue.

I think using green or transparent string is more difficult to shape the Moss but you won't have the problem of the leftover glue.
You have less choices of "tree" shapes with string.

I think in conclusion it depends on what kind of "tree" shapes that you want to create.

silicon takes too long to dry. if you want to glue plants to wood or rock, use super glue

I use super glue and fishing line, usually a mixture of both.
