Most people buy adult plants. Baby plantlets then soon form on the leaves, which you can then remove and attach to bogwood/rock etc.

Ooops I am talking about Java Fern. But it is similar with Java Moss, you still need to buy some, and it will spread in your tank.

get a piece of java moss, tie it down; use ferts and watch it grow like mad!

Mine grows with CO2 (homemade) no ferts and it grows FAST! i think i might add ferts add sell some off for some extra £££

i dont know what you mean by no seeds?
java fern doesnt grow from seeds, it grows from the mother plant.
