Jarvis the betta and ADF companions

With regards to betta tankmates, I don't know if I'm just lucky with Jarvis and the frogs (Ronnie and Reggie) but they all

get along just fine. I think it helps that the ADFs eyesight is beyond useless so whereas Jarvis's tail could present as a glorious meaty bloodworm, it is in fact a vague blurry thing to be best avoided. I tried Jarvis in my community tank and he was bullied, so I think it also helps that he's a bit gentle. Even when I showed him a mirror to try and get him to flare at his reflection he just looked happily at it.
I suppose it really does depend on the fish!

Yes! I’m waiting for Ronnie and Reggie (who has turned out to be a girl) to get things going, but it’s not happening just yet!

Jarvis would probably be frightened of them...

Update - I moved the ADFs and see now that Jarvis is actually happier without them. He's stopped glass-surfing and is inching his way around the whole tank as if in disbelief that it's now all his!
