Do you use it? How long does it keep in the fridge? I got some and fed it to all of my fish. They all kind of went eh-I want bloodworms. Figures, since the daphnia is so much easier than trying to break off a small chunk of frozen bloodworm. Anyway do you use it? Should I try a different feeding method? btw I just took some on a spoon and put the spoon right in the water. Should I have mixed it with a cup of tankwater first? To take the chill off? I just now thought about that.

btw I'm asking in this forum since I mostly bought it for my betta (who is really not picky but he didn't attack the daphnia like he does bloodworms and pellets) but am also feeding it to my other fish.

i bought frozen daphnia and none of my fish didn't care
it just sat there until i cleaned it up.the guppies did taste it, but that's about it

I fed mine live daphnia last night and they went crazy for it :) Maybe try feeding it half and half with something you know they like  That's what I had to do with mysis. I dropped it in, they went to attack and then froze cold like wtf  after a few times mixed in with brine and bw's we now have a mysis night where everyone eats :)

first you have to clarify, is it live daphnia?
No it's not live. I bought it in a sealed jar, which goes into the fridge.

Thanks Sorrell-I'll try feeding the daphnia with bloodworms for a while and see how that works. They attack the crisps and bio basics dot food better than they did the daphnia. :dunno:
