i finally came to my senses today and returned my jardini to the lfs :( i am very sad to see him go he had bags of personality and balls of steal.

i have the room but he was ultra aggresive and would of needed to be housed on his own or with other aggresive fish.my tanks are relatively peaceful so it wouldnt work.also my girlfriend is making me close down one of my tanks so it had to be his one as i didnt fancy moving my 4 red bellies

ive only had him a few months but he was one of my favourite fish :( if anyone went near his tank(the kids mainly)he would attack the glass like crazy:lol: and i could hand feed him too he was cool

I used to have a jardini and he was also one of my favourite fish. Unfortunately one day I came home and his stomache had exploded :-( and I still don't know why.

Jardini's are awsome.

I used to have a jardini and he was also one of my favourite fish. Unfortunately one day I came home and his stomache had exploded cry1.gif and I still don't know why.

.... maybe it died and then other fish started to take bites out of it? Usually fish dont die form exploding stomachs.

lol that sounds more likely and you are probs right.

Just when I came in his guts were all hanging out and non of the other fish were even near him they actually looked like they were avoiding it.
