once i get my 20g set up these are the fish that im planing to get for it and i was wondering if this is okay

8 neon tetras
3 white clouds
4 cories
2 otos

and a couple of ghost shrimp maybe 3-4

Ok I'm assuming here that the White Clouds are the same as the white mountain minnows, in which case the tank set up looks fine. The white clouds are very hardy and should go with the colours in the neons a treat. If we are talking about white mountain minnows it may be worth getting 6 of them as I think they're shoaling fish.

Cories always go down well, I'm a big fan of them, so much character. From what I can make out Ottos are very placad.

Looks ok to me but I'm not an expert, anyone else offer anything???

Since both otos and cories like to be in a group, I'd suggest choosing one of the two species and getting at least 6 of that. Neons are fine, but I can't say anything about the white clouds... Do you mean white cloud mountain minnows?
