Its Another What Tpye Of Plec?

Heres my Plec what type is he and how big will he grow as hes getting on for about 7 inches long.

and one on the glass

also are the lighter brown patches due to stress, there are hiding places in the tank but no caves as when i put some caves in they weren't interested and never used them.
