It Was Like Christmas Morning!

After I went to the LFS to get some plants for Dolly, I went over to the LPS to see about their Friday Fish shipments...and sure enough, there on the floor in front of the Bettas were two big crates! I bent down and saw on the labels that it said the magic word BETTA on the side. I then went up to the worker and asked if they were going to put the Bettas on the shelf, and she opened both lids and said I could have a look at them myself! So there I sat on the floor for about 10-15 minutes going through all the Bettas. I felt like a little child on Christmas morning! Then behold, I fell in love with another female Betta and couldn't leave without her! Right now she's in a bowl, but I plan to move her into something bigger eventually. I spent enough money today that was not mine But my folks know how much I love my fishies And I am currently trying to pick a name for her...since I have Dolly Parton, I am thinking Patsy Cline or Dixie for the Dixie Chicks...will post pics soon!

LOL!! I KNOW the little kids in the fish department came over to watch what I was doing...I was like "you want to look at the Bettas too?" but secretly I was like "watch your back 'cause I GET FIRST DIBS kiddo!"
