My question is not base on regular water change on a daily basis. I'm asking if it's nacessary to change the water during the cycling process, because it seem to be stuck. Yeah, STUCK! It's been almost 4 week, my nitrite is stuck at 4.0ppm, Ammonia is stuck at 0.50ppm. I've been to a couple of forum and they say that a sign of High Nitrate peak is a sign of it going to be done cycling. My Nitrate is probably at 160ppm or over and Nitrite isn't going down and so is Ammonia. Any suggestion what i really need to do? Thanks a lot. I hope everyone can help me on this.

Its true, that when it peaks your tank will be cycled soon. You should read Alien Anna's pinned topic in the beginner section of the forum. It will explain everything.

Have some patience, cycling can take as long as six or seven weeks for some, depending on many variables. Nitrites tend to have the longest peak. Make sure aeration and water movement is at its best, and warming up the water to mid 80's helps too.
