No its not to be quite blunt, and if it were it would be going for a much higher price than £14.99 on ebay, there are catfish collecters who would pay thousands of pounds for a true Synodontis victoriae.

I would write to that scamster and report him to eBay. I've done things like that before and eBay acted pretty quickly and closed the bid. I just hate it when people are conned
