Is this too much?

I just bought a 90g tank on eBay and i was wondering how I should stock it. I would really love to own an oscar and and 3 Emperor sharks and maybe a few balas. Is this too much for a 90g with and eheim 2217 filter? I think the tank might look a little bare, so do you have any suggestions for my tank? Keep in mind that the fish must be peaceful, colourful (hopefully) and over 3 inches in its adult size so it doesnt get eaten. Thanks a bunch

p.s. what algae eater would you recommend as well? I forgot about those
