Is this too many fish for my 20gl tank

Hello I have a 20gl tall tank and I was wondering if I have to many fish what I have now is 6 cloud white minnows 6 Amano shrimp 4 panda coradoras 1 pleco 6 zebra Danios and 6 neon tetra theve been doing really well with each other bit ya I was just wondering if it was like alpt to much I also have an air pump so it's well oxygenized.
