Is this too bright for annubius?

Is this too bright for anubias congensis plants and if so can I still turn the light on at least for a hour a day? What do yall recommend?

Experimenting is all you can do.

I saw an Anubias that looked like congoensis in a foot of moving water in a Central African steam, right where there the road had opened the canopy and allowed very bright sunshine in. Here, I have used full, regular lighting on them, and the only issue has been a tendency for algae to over run the leaves. I clean it off.
