Little fertilizer every week or so. I don’t do water changes , and I have a few root tabs in there . I just leave it alone for the most part unless something needs attention.

There’s over 20 fish and shrimp in there as well,
Currently 11 porkchop rasbora , 10 phoenix rasbora , 1 salt pepper Cory, and about 4-6 cherry shrimp

That is very nice! My experience with my one Lotus is mixed - it goes through very good spans of time (lots of new leaves, blooming), then slows down almost to nothing, and then improves again. That, despite conditions (including nutrients) being relatively constant and the rest of plants and the tank itself doing well. 2 photos from last bloom, 1 day apart...
(Tank is a 6foot, 125g, with 2 Finnex planted+ (36" each) end-to-end)
