Can this Coal Slag be use as sand for a tank that homes bottom feeders like Corys ?

I was told it could be bad fr them but I'm curious if any of you used this coal slag in ur tanks n if corys would b OK or it's dangerous ?

no. it has abrasive product on the label and that will harm bottom dwelling fishes. it could also contain all sorts of harmful impurities.

I agree with Colin. I wouldn't use it.

But why did you ask this question again, when you just had that advice on another thread?

I was thinking bout using that coal for my 125 gallon tank that will b set up soon but I will buy aquarium sand instead
