Is This Normanl?

It is normal for my mushroom to shrival up at night when i put the LED's on right? It does expand when i have normal lights on.

Indeed it is normal. Mushrooms will also stay open under LED lights; my new colony does but a mushroom that was on my Zoa colony shrivels just like yours.
