Is This Normal?

Ok, when I turn the tank lights on in the morning, all my tetras (Serpaes, Neons and Black Neons) are all pale. Is this normal for tetras?

Yeah its totally normal, i've had my neons for years and they do it every night and i've never lost a single tetra for over a year now .

Good. Cause I really like my tetras, especaily my serpaes...
