Is This Normal Or Is It Something To Be Concerned About

I have 10 harlequin rasboras but today I noticed one of them looked very fat and roundish.   It's not as active as the other fish, does eat a bit, but something just doesnt seem right with it.   In the pic it's the middle fish.  
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi, I have a harley exactly the same. I've mostly put it down to it being a female. It's also possible she's egg bound or that she's constipated so see if you can get her to eat some peas and see if that helps

that's what I was thinking...I will pour a cup of prune juice in the tank... JK

 will try the pea   ... if she won't eat any,  will just have to wait it out and see if she improves
