Is This Normal Behavior For An Atlantic...

The lights have been off for a few hours now but I just wanted to know if this anemone looks normal. Whent he lights are on it lowers its base as to cover itself or protect itself. When the lights go out it raises up into the water really tall and I can see the part that latches onto the rock. I'm just wondering if this is normal behavior for this little guy!

hehe well thats the total opposite of what mine do... lol but, I know nothing about cold marine tanks

Well I guess that's good. What do you mean by "cold"? Maybe empty? I'm just starting that's for sure
