is this malnutrition?

what's it mean when a fish forms to this ( shape??? is it really lack of vitamin C? how do i fix it? my fish started taking on that shape 2 days ago and hovers near the surface a lot. what's wrong with him??? please help.

could be swim bladder problem,

explain it better, to they lie on the floor of th tank ?

actually most of the day today my fish did spend a lot of time lying on the gravel... more inactive than usual i'd say. yet he looked absolutely normal! no curved shape. but the past few days he's just been swimming close to the surface in a single spot... and now he's doing it again. his body has taken on the curved shape again too

could it really be a swim bladder problem??? how can i fix it?
