Is this Ich? My guppy has bubbles on his fins and tail. His colour has faded and his tail has split.

I don't know... That's pretty weird if so...
Does excess mucus build in spheres or bumps like that?
I remember not to long ago a thread was made about a corydora with bumps on it. A lot more than what's on this guppy. It wound up being something internal that was building up...

Tank size, water parameters, tank mates, and how long you have had the tank would be useful too!

To me it looks like he has a bit of fin rot which can be taken care of with frequent water changes. As for the bubbles those might be genetic since most commercially bred guppies are prone to diseases/deformities.
