Is the last result a genuine result? It looks like you have copied and pasted it as it says night?
How long have you been cycling?
You need to get ammonian down to 0 but looks like its getting there

was same results but just copied it..sorry
its been cycling for about a 5 days..
its 480 litres

Once your ammonia drops to zero and a reading appears in your nitrites then the first stage is complete..then this should fall , like your ammonia , resulting in a rise in nitrates.......going in the right direction by the looks of things though!!!!

Booster cultures can be bought from most fish shops now, however allowing the cycle to complete naturally is always benificial i think....

I thought mine was quick I'm cycling a 120litre at the moment and my results are about on par with your since saturday gone but I have slightly higher nitrates as I've added some mature media. Again you're on track tho!!

do you have fish in there?

a cycled tank will -

process 5ppm ammonia AND nitrite within 12 hours into nitrates.

Nitrates are removed by plants and waterchanges.

theres no fish in there.. just plants..and a piece of mature media in a sock(think i read but it in a sock somewhere)...

Hmm I bet one of my used socks could process ammonia after a hard days work!
