When i bought one of my platies home i noticed it a very very faint spot on its tail, though maybe it was a scar or someting after it had ich it was so faint. any way, the surrouding are of the tail started to go white but only the middle part where the white dot was, and where the white met the end of the tail there was a slight rip and now sticking out the end of the tail there is somethign very small, like a very fine piece of hair 3 or so mm long, can only see it sometimes, im now sure how to treat because the white isnt fuzzy like fungus, and only affects the middle part of the tail fin, any idea what this is and how to treat?
edit, forgot to say thats she is feeding and swimming normally, looks a little pale but not too bad
