They are egg layers they don't get pregnant. They can get full of eggs. But that does not mean you will get any fry.

Yes my friend she is carrying eggs. But like Snowflake said doesnt mean you will get fry unless you can get a male to fertilize the eggs.

ahh....well sorry i had no idea lol well erm....i dont know how to say this but i came home to her mate....dead i have no idea what happend to him however i do have his skeleton still which has some weird greyish colourd ball in it....ive been keeping it to try and work out how he died as i think this bit of grey matter is what killed him will she lay the eggs??

Perhaps you should get her a male or 2,i think the eggs will be infertile unless you have a male to mate with her.

well i did that today...well i got 3 other corys im hoping at least 1 is male! im unsure....im still trolling the net to find out what this grey mass is? i might post a new topic on it....hm....

yes seems that way, i spoke to wilder and she thinks it may have been a tumour or a cyst, either way thats the best i could do on trying to find out the cause

erm, is it normal for her to look hugh when growing eggs?? she looks in fine shape minus the egg area which...well it looks massive! im abit worried, will she lay them at all?? ven if they are not fertalised?
