is this a good setup in stocking levels in my ten planted

3 cories
2 congo tetras, growing out for 46 gallon
2 blind cave fish
2 black skirts
1 male betta
1 spotted raphael

2 congo tetras, growing out for 46 gallon only as you say for growing out
2 blind cave fish no very aggressive fish even in a 30 gal
2 black skirts yes but maybe a few more, say 5 or 61 male betta depends on the betta, some can be very territorial, others are placid.
1 spotted raphael not sure, but possibly not maybe a catfish expert will help on this one.

thanx but iv heard that cories minimum is a ten gallon, my betta is a very good betta, and a raphael minimum is a ten also, and 5 to 6 black skirts? ,what about only 3, i mean thats a lot of fish, and my blind cave fish are not agresssive at all. they hang out in my sword plant i have in there, bit alright i think its cool thanx
