Is This Ammonia Ok?

i have just got this ammonia, is this the stuff i need to use?

just had a read and its 9.5 % ammonia so its fine. just added 11.5ml to my 230 litre tank . im not sure what to do next. baby steps i guess to nail this water setup.

I'm not sure without seeing the ingredients list. When you get it have a look at the back and it should only be ammonia (usually 9.5%) and water. No sufficants should be on the list. A good test is when you shake the bottle up, it shouldn't foam. A few bubbles that quicky dissapate is normal

Oh and for the love of all things holy, don't sniff it!

its 9.5 and water only, shook it and no froth. also sniffed it because im a #118#### .

i struggled to find it but the company toolstation which are all over the country stock it for £2.19

You smell enough of it when the bottle is open! Most disgusting smell ever, think it burnt my nostrils . Seriously, just quickly open it, put a bit in and don't breathe until the bottle is shut.
