Is This Algae?

Can anyone identify what is growing on the ornamental car and rock formation? I guess I was expecting algae to be green if that's what it is.

I second that. Looks like diatom algae. just get a new tooth brush or a paper towel and scrub it off. I had Diatoms really bad until I set my lights on a timer. I think I have 4 hours on 1 off and then 5 hours on. Not sure though.
