Is This A Pod?

i got this out of my lion fish tank .that is a fish only with live rock tank .i just thought pods were smaller?is it a pod ?if so do i need to feed these things? i know they are good for the tank and i dont want them all to die . how do i keep them alive?

It looks like a mysis shrimp, or possible a amphipod.

I'd say its an amphipod, when I first got my live rock, I saw some come out of it that were at least half an inch long.

I have found critters in the filter that were 3/4'' long. Massive.
