Is This A Nerite?

I went to my LFS and asked if they had any nerite/algae eating snails. She never really confirmed if it was a nerite or not and she gave them to me for free so I just wanted to make sure they weren't pest snails. Here's a picture of it.

 
Any idea what it is?
