Just registered on the forums after reading them for a while now, so I can finally ask all my tropical fish questions
So, first up; any ideas what this is?
Any specific requirements or things that this fish likes?
I'm quite sure that's a "Garra Bicornuta" - very little is known about them. They have appeared on a few import listings over the past few months. Even my very good lfs who had them, couldn't tell me anything about them. If they are indeed "Garra Bicornuta", then some appear to "grow" a fleshy horn like growth just between the eyes there where the bump is.
Thanks for the reply. I got the fish about a year ago iirc, and it wasn't particularly expensive - could it still be the Garra Bicornuta?

Sorry for the bad quality (rubbish mobile phone), but here are some photos I took on my phone of the fish sold at Wholesale Tropicals as Garra Bicornuta. Such a shame it doesn't really show well, but some of those fish have a fleshy "horn" I guess approx 3mm long betwen the eyes. Quite cool looking fish
