Is this a green spotted saltwater puffer?

Hi there,

I have an idea as to why my puffers are sick. Have a look at this pic. Is this a green spotted puffer? and if so isnt that a saltwater puffer? Being new to puffers this is too hard to tell for me, I appreciate these could just be dwarf puffers.

If it is a saltwater puffer, what emergency measures can I take remembering I dont keep salt water fish... all the salt I have in the house is seasalt

That is a green spotted puffer, though they are a brackish species not a full salt water fish.

You will need to purchase a hydrometer and some marine salt if you wish to keep it so you can raise and moniter the SG level which should be around 1.015.
