Is This A Good Deal

Ok my cousin is selling a 75 gallon tank and I was wondering what he is selling it for is a good deal. Here is what comes with it exactly as his mom wrote it down for me so bear with me: 75 gallon tank, in tank fountain for filter, 125wet and dry sump pump, proclear filter, extra pump, and black pinstain stand. That is what it comes with and I do not konw if that includes a hood or not but he is selling it for 250$, is this a good deal or is he ripping me off?

OK thanks. I am not allowed to buy it but my pastor or my friend might but what exactly is all the stuff he is selling in it like the sump pump and fountain and all the hardware what exactly is alll that I have never heard of it.
