I Have a 3 inch Pacu
One of the fish has Redish markings on the body ... wasn't there before
is this normal or a typical type of disease.

only disease i know are icks .
plz help to i can cure this fish if its disease

And if you don't mind me asking, What size tank do you have?

the markings are on the both sides of the body ...
and i have 55 gallon tank

Since it's only 3 in I'm almost positive that it's just "getting" it's color.
Nothing to worry about.
Do you know that a 55g tank is way to small to house a Pacu?
I have 2 and they are in a 250g. and are going to have to be moved to an 810g
at some point.
Do you have any other fish in the tank with it?

you're right about being in samll tank but..
when it reaches to certain size ill bring to LFS
or .. SUSHI Time

but is there any fish disease that has to do with getting reddish salt marks on both sides of its body?
i've see white salt marks which is ICKS but red .. i never seen

I personally don't know of any thing like that.
Maybe someone else will come along that will.
