Is This A Bubble Nest Or A Problem

There is a frothy mass of bubbles in the corner where the pearl gouramis hang out. Could it be a bubble nest or is there some kind of problem with the water?

Well, that's a relief! I did not see anyone making it, so I wasn't sure. In the 10 gallon tank, I did see my betta making a bubble nest and the bubbles were much larger - more like bubbles, less like froth - so that's why this concerned me. Thank you for your input, gmc1 and Nick!
