Is There A Plant That A Pleco Won't Eat?

hello,

i have a sail finned pleco who insist on eating every single plant i have. i feed him algea discs, but is there any plants they don't tend to eat?

also, i was wondering if a light white lips is normal? nothing seems to be growing on them, fir ect?

any help would be most greatfully received

Do you have any pictures of the catfish?

I used to own a few large common plecs in a tank with anubias and java fern - the anubias got a good scraping every now and then, but no real damage done. I think these plants have a slight bitter taste meaning fewer fish will munch them.

hello paul and thanx for ya reply,

Unfortunatly not at the moment - to be frank i find it so difficult to get a decent shot to keep, but i can take one for you to have a look at?

i'll attach it to another messege if thats ok? i find the bristle nose plec is really mad for messin up the tank and the sail finned catfish is getting quite big now 7-8 ins now and a big head he/she was less than an ins when bought.
